Graphic Designer, LHH CTM (Remote)
Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling assets that elevate our global brand and support integrated marketing campaigns. This role will bring ideas to life across digital, print, social, web, events, and sales enablement while ensuring consistency with our brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Design high-quality creative assets across digital, web, social media, email, events, paid media, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Translate marketing strategies and messaging into visually engaging creative that supports business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with Content, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, and Demand Generation to develop campaign creative.
- Create infographics, reports, eBooks, case studies, event materials, and executive presentations.
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print applications.
- Manage creative requests while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Contribute ideas that improve creative effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate production while maintaining high creative standards.
- Stay current on design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging creative technologies.
All About You
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–6 years of graphic design experience within an in-house marketing team or agency.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating digital marketing, branding, campaign, and presentation design.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience designing for web, email, social media, and print.
- Knowledge of Figma and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
